Venture Title & Escrow is a local and employee-owned title and escrow company that serves the Treasure Valley, Idaho's largest real estate market, which includes Ada, Boise, Canyon and Gem Counties. Our entire staff resides in the Treasure Valley. The title and escrow industry in the Treasure Valley has seen significant consolidation over the past decade, creating a unique opportunity. In a highly-concentrated market of national, corporate, and regional firms, no locally focused title companies remain.

While larger title companies have scale and resource advantages, they also are often slow to adapt; can be less responsive to customer, team member, and local needs; lack a local focus, and typically must manage to override corporate or quarterly objectives that may or may not fit local dynamics. 

For these reasons, we are excited to deliver a different type of service built on nimbleness, local ownership, next-generation title and escrow professionals, and a bold approach to a traditional industry.
